Never Miss a Deadline: ClearClose Now Syncs Milestones to Google Calendar

Keeping track of multiple transactions means juggling dozens of critical dates — inspections, appraisal windows, contingency deadlines, and closing days. Until now, agents had to manually transfer those dates from ClearClose into their personal calendar. That changes today.

Google Calendar Sync Is Here

Agents can now connect their personal Google Calendar directly inside ClearClose Settings. Once connected, every milestone added to a transaction — whether it's a contract signing, an inspection, a financing contingency, or a closing date — automatically appears as an event in your Google Calendar.

How It Works

  • Go to Settings and click "Connect Google Calendar"
  • Authorize ClearClose to add events to your primary calendar
  • Add milestones to any transaction as normal — they sync automatically
  • Disconnect anytime from the same Settings page

Why This Matters

Real estate agents live by their calendars. When a deal has 8–10 key dates spread across 30–45 days, a single missed deadline can have serious consequences for your clients. By syncing milestones directly to Google Calendar, you get native reminders on your phone, visibility alongside your other appointments, and zero manual data entry.

This is especially valuable for agents managing multiple active transactions simultaneously. Instead of switching between apps to check what's coming up, everything lives in one place — your calendar.

Your Calendar, Your Way

Each agent connects their own individual Google account, so your calendar stays personal and private. ClearClose only adds events — it never reads or modifies anything else on your calendar. And if you ever want to disconnect, it takes one click in Settings.

Connect your Google Calendar today in Settings and keep every deal on track.
