When your real estate agent creates your transaction in ClearClose, you receive an email with a private link to your transaction timeline. On that page, open "Get Text Reminders (Optional)", select your name, and enter your own mobile number.

After you request reminders, you will receive an automated text message: "ClearClose: Hi [Your Name]! Your agent, [Agent Name], uses ClearClose to send text reminders about key dates (inspections, deadlines, closing) for [Property Address]. Reply YES to opt in. Typically 5-10 msgs/transaction.
